Virginia is the artist and designer behind every Thirteen Design decoupage paper.

“I grew up with an artist and teacher for a mom, so creativity has always been part of my life. After studying graphic design in art college, I built a career around creating and helping others discover their own creativity.

Today, I bring vintage books, sheet music, photographs, movie posters, magazines, and unexpected finds together to create original papers filled with color, personality, and possibility.

My greatest joy is seeing what someone else creates with them.”
